FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are you currently accepting new clients? 

YES! 

How far in advance do I need to schedule? 

We are typically book 3 to 4 weeks out. But sometimes we may have an opening come available so it never hurts to ask. 

What is your cancellation policy? 

We require any changes to your scheduled cleaning 24 hours in advance. Any changes made less than 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. 

Do you take credit cards, and what are your payment terms? 

Yes! We do take credit cards. You can pay online right from your invoice.

Payment is due 15 days from your scheduled cleaning; anything after 15 days will incur a late fee. 

Do I need to "clean up for the cleaners"? 

We love this question. 

It is always appreciated, but you hired us for a reason. That said, it certainly allows us to do what we do best when we don't have to spend the time picking up clutter. 

Do you do change the bedding and do laundry? What about dishes? 

If you would like for us to change the bedding, simply let us know and leave the clean set of sheets on your bed.

We do not do laundry.

We will do a handful of dishes, within reason. However we typically do not do a full sink of dishes. 

Do you clean carpets? 

No, we do not clean carpets beyond vacuuming them. However, we do have a carpet partner we would be more than happy to refer you to!

Do you clean windows? 

No, we do not clean windows. However, we do have a window partner we would be more than happy to refer you to!
